Part of our ability to be all we can be here and now is health and I've set out to get back into shape. By putting it up on the internet I am making myself accountable. I am being raw and real. I'm not in horrible shape, but I certainly could be in better shape. The side view I am totally relaxed. I have started taking an estrogen detox supplement to get the xeno-estrogen (from BPA plastics) out of my system so it can be more balanced and healthy.
My intention is to take more photos on the first of each month. I'm in no rush to look any particular way, it is a little about esthetics but much more about overall health. I watch my diet and get in a little cardio every day or ever two or three days. But it's super light, not breaking a sweat or sore the next day. So that's got to change. I am going to be getting into dancing and performing so I want to be in dancing shape. I will post what I am doing to get into shape and the things I notice and change to get into the best shape possible. I have a slightly sore back from stretching too quickly a few days ago.
Appearance wise I want a six pack and to reduce fat overall. And build a stronger frame overall as well as be more flexible so that dancing is more a breeze. I believe in getting right into what it is I am saying I want to do and not beat around the bushes. But I do need to make sure my body is ready for dancing, so I'll have to do a little preparation before hand. Stretching (gently) massage, etc.
