I've not posted for a while as I was bed bound for a while due to an injury I sustained almost two weeks ago. It was pretty bad, I could barely move at all for the first 24 hours I pretty much laid in bed, I didn't eat and only sipped at a glass of water I kept bedside. So here are the posters I've created since my last training update. I've been set back a minimum of two weeks probably more. As bad as the injury was I am so thrilled that I am on my feet and feel pretty much back to normal, though I am not pushing myself to workout big time yet. I'm ready to get back into my pushups and basically anything that doesn't test my lower back though. Going to start of slow. Many from the Royal Society volunteered their healing practice to help me get back to health and I am so very grateful I cannot tell you how lucky I feel. Melissa Zoske helped me get to the root cause so that this doesn't as she said "become a thing", like a repeating injury. I am blown away by the support and value my health more than ever! <3
