I believe I tuned into the Mineral known as Turquoise just now on accident and it is super awesome and pure. It is a great teacher. If I am correct it's harmonics are tuned to the Sacred and the Beautiful. So if you could start over everything in your life Turquoise would tell you "Everything in your life shall be sacred and beautiful." How I tuned into it was first by recognizing the five senses and what pleases mine, then I went deeper and recognized there is something that pleases my sixth sense and that is the sacred, so you start there. How to you know what is sacred? Well for me I tuned into it by recognizing I will add only things of natural origin made by natural people under natural conditions. The word natural can be replaced by the word sacred, or honorable. This immediately tuned me into what will assume is the Navaho Indian Culture. So you find what fulfills these three conditions for you and then go to to those shops or peoples and acquire only items that are beautiful to YOU. So I would probably find myself in a Native American Shop or a Celtic shop or something and notice first what feels good intuitively (probably most things) then the five senses of beauty (taste, touch, sound, sight and scent). This I am getting is the message of Turquoise. Use Sage smudge and purify your Turquoise and remember it's message, to surround yourself with Beauty, with the sacred in it's most honored and pleasant forms.
Just sitting there in my Chair O' Stillness, the chair in which I do most of my meditation on life it suddenly occurred to me, after loving and cuddling my cats... that deep sense of relief that comes... "I wouldn't change a thing about the gift of this moment..." then I recalled my past and looked at my life in a nutshell... There is one thing I would change.... how present I was within it... How much I expressed myself... How open my heart was... How much I took advantage of the unique gift of the life I am living and the temporary opportunities I find all around me... I wouldn't change a thing, this is a gift, but I would, in recognizing it as a gift, invite my own liveliness to it and make more ripples with the joy of my spirit. I would open more and jump in. I would feel the build up inside me of something important and let it out more often. I would let this fountain of me spill over into the beautiful gift of the present moment more... but besides that I wouldn't change a thing. And having chosen to be totally present will have made all the difference. Like a living thank you to my life.
Intentions and goals are two different things. A goal is something you have 100% control over, it's not possible to fail. An intention is an outcome you are aiming at with your goals, but you can't fail this because it relies on not your action but realities response to your action. Great example, you're standing at the free throw line, with this understanding your first thing is to recognize your intention which is to make the shot, but you cant control that, if you could you'd simply make every shot. Your goal then is to aim with as much accuracy as possible and throw the ball. If it misses you did not fail at your goal, but your intention, realities reflection, did not turn out the way you'd hope, it turned out the way it needed to to take you one step closer to your intention. In this way, if we can apply this to all situations in life we will see, it is impossible to fail when we only goal for things that are un-fail-able and intend with clarity our ultimate desire, allowing the forces of the universe to align with synchronicity, bringing greater clarity and readiness for our outcome. This feels to me like how we work side by side so to speak with our Higher Self, or Inner Being, or god-self or the Universe.
I had a group of dreams that led to what feels like a new understanding of how we create reality. First it was a dream of transformers, then an eastern Indian culture and then I was in a tattoo and barber salon getting work done. Each one felt very distinct energetically and when I woke up I began contemplating. Because when I woke up my energetic signature was again extremely different than any of the three and I saw they are somewhat at odds, each one wanting to be contained and ignorant of the others, thinking theirs either superior or just more true to the bigger picture. So here's some of my contemplative process.
A group belief system is a bubble paradigm. It has a distinct energetic signature within which all forms can be expressed yet uniquely emit the core frequency of that bubble reality. The knowledge of a reality follows the energetic signature, which means we've got to feel a distinct shift in our energy field that represents that reality before we can reclaim it's knowledge. In other words, we have to become the incarnation we had within it that had mastered it (energetically) to acquire that incarnations knowledge. If I was a kung fu master in another lifetime then I was submerged in a discipline and that deeply affected my vibrational expression whether it was on earth or somewhere else. So I have to go within and become that version of myself and really assume the role internally, feeling my identity shift and listening really well to the wisdom I have from that experience. So this may sound like a shortcut to superhuman abilities, but really I am just re-integrating a life time worth of experience I've already lived but forgotten about. There's no shortcut about that. Each life time we live exists within a bubble paradigm, or a mass consciousness group belief system. Each paradigm is limited even though it seems infinite while in it, the energy is bound to the core signature and that exists within a greater reality we know as this universe.
I've been trying this gluten free diet thing as a result of reading a blog post by Tim Ferris. Now I'm sure there is allot of validity to the science he shows but I feel like in the process of trying out this new way of eating I am actually letting information dictate my actions rather than trusting my own body wisdom. I didn't see this at first and this process led to dismissing my EXPERIENCE in favor of some supposed lab results. The truth is I know only what I know based on my experience and my experience has shown me that the attitude we have about the food we eat is truly what determines it's effect. That is why some people can live off the strangest things. I said this exact thing to a friend prior to allowing this information to convince me that the science of matter is somehow above the science of spirit, it isn't. They are connected but spirit is the conscious decider of effect and is telling so called matter how to behave. I am Spirit and I am seeing ever more clearly that attitude is the key. Gratitude and the using the authority we all have to decided how things will affect us is much more powerful that the mere science of the material or lab tested results. We are creating unique science in our bodies that can and does defy lab tested results. So I no longer am restricting my diet from gluten. It feels better, it allows for my intuition and spontaneous inspiration to guide the decision making process in real time and so in that way I feel it is the wisest approach. Sorry, looks like my inner guidance was right all along and though I'm glad I tried this path out it has served it's purpose, which was to get me more in tune with the real wisdom of my being and to stop letting science tell me how to live my life. Science can prove things right as well as wrong at the same time, at the end of the scientific research I'm almost certain they will discover that everything is behaving in a relationship and the only reason certain things seem to universally do harm is because people are universally experiencing a particular relationship with that thing on an unconscious level. When we become conscious of a particular relationship we are having we have the authority to decide how it will affect us from that point on, and that means gluten CAN like anything else be a medicine OR a poison, it relies on a conscious relationship and decision about what effect it will be permitted to have and always occurring within the field of gratitude for the relationship. AHHhhh, yes now that feels right.
Our most relished moments are when despite any fears we make forward momentum in the direction of our most authentic self.
The key to continual progress is to recognize potential next steps by noticing what you are most wanting to experience. This often comes in the form of longing or aching need or wishing when we have not been acting on it. So a key then is to relax and simply DO something about it! Often realizing it is up to us to act on it causes a bit of panic but if we can learn to RELAX and THEN ACT we can stay focused and aware of what our hearts most desire NOW and continuously reap the rewards of positive momentum towards our most authentic self. Our most Authentic Self is defined by the version of us that ALWAYS acts/lives in a state of inspiration, whose heart is the determining authority in how their life is lived. Fear is never in charge of the most authentic self. So long as fear has any sway on our decision making we are still on the journey. We are that much compromising ourselves when we let fear rule and to that degree we experience suffering and diminishing of our light.
To start the path forward we need to make a commitment, a decision, to take this path to our personal liberation and divine expression on Planet Earth in this lifetime. This is a commitment to act on inspiration, to follow our hearts call and to face every fear and embody the Whole Self.
At this point in my journey I've recognized the need for more touch, more bonding, more connection and so I've decided I will start choosing experiences that nourish this need. I was thinking of getting a back massage!
Keep up to date about what going on in my world, creations, events and projects.
It's all HERE and NOW. You Expand, it Expresses.
