Several weeks ago I made a batch of home made brownies and accidentally used white flour instead of my usual oat flour. I subsequently ate most of them and started noticing some headaches in my brain. I decided to do some research and found that wheat has been shown to reduce blood flow to the frontal cortex of the brain thus depriving it. This was the first revelation that got me exited to stop eating wheat.
Then I started noticing my vision was getting worse as the days progressed and didn't understand it. I guess I hadn't cut out wheat but I certainly reduced it significantly. Just this morning I looked up eye care and came across the video below. Now I can't prove he tells the truth but a light bulb went off when he linked macular degeneration to refined carbs, that is flour folks! Flour, white sugar, and possibly some other things. It made so much sense because both of these things were never an issue before I downed most of a pan of flour filled brownies. I didn't mention that after that I made another batch with my oat flour only this time I put a bunch of sugar instead of honey, double whammy.
So if you are having eye problems and getting allot of headaches, look into how refined carbs in your diet may be playing a role. If you value your sight, and are ready to stop playing the victim and reclaim your health, look into what you may be doing to contribute to your own dis-ease. I believe anything can be reversed and I believe it starts with self love and then a willingness to reclaim the gift of health and life this body offers us, to take responsibility for our health and well being so life is that much sweeter. No one can save us from ourselves but ourselves. We have
All things creative.
