Cleansing to me is so important because we have so many things cluttering up our system in the modern world and we wonder why we can't figure out what's going on. Well, our systems are being overloaded with junk, and if we want to be responsible and able to function without stimulants, we have got to re-establish our natural energy levels and detoxing is a really, I would say, critical part of the process. No one is going to save you from your own self sabotaging bad habits, and what responsible individual would want that anyway, it's so dis-empowering. Time to take back our sovereignty and choose the state of health we are going to live with.
Today I received in the mail my T4 skinny detox tea, a 14 day supply. I really look forward to getting started tomorrow morning! I took a whiff of the tea and was surprised that it has a nice sweet aroma with an earthy overtone, quite unique and delightful actually. I recently finished a kidney cleanse which was 20 days long. That tea was less on the sweetly scented side so I assume this will have it's own natural sweetness. However I do recognize that these cleanses are not about the taste, like sweet tea or coffee would be, they are about what they are about, cleansing. I intend to report on the effects I experience and what's been improved over fourteen days. What I love about it already is that you can continue living your life and eating the foods you normally eat while doing the cleanse. Though it does not expressly say to, I would suggest a lessening of those things that are toxic. My own experience has taught me that if you want to get the most out of a cleanse make it easy for the cleanse to do what it is made for, stop eating greasy, processed, junk food for a little while yeah? And if you can, reduce or cut out the coffee, sugar, alcohol... basically stimulant based foods.
Here we go! :)
All things creative.
