Ever notice that when you decide to go on a diet from something it shows up in more abundance than ever? Ever wonder why that is?!? Well I just realized what that is! The universe always give you more of the object of your attention and does not understand less of only more of. So in that moment we decide to diet from something what we are actually doing is saying vibrationally "This thing I am dieting from is bad for me, so I need to FOCUS on NOT eating it." So the universe brings more it into your experience so that you can get more of what you put out which is resistance to the object being avoided! You are literally asking for more to resist.
Thus I think it would be better in those moments when we decide too "avoid" something to have a focus on what we want to eat more of rather than what we want to avoid. Because if we are focused on avoiding something we will inevitably receive more to avoid. It's like asking the universe to play chase with you. If you put out a game of tag, where you are running from the tagger, it is the same thing essentially. You are not asking not to be chased but to be chased, in this case it is what ever you are dieting from!
So don't diet from, diet TO. Decide what is desired, not what is to be avoided.
Which brings me to a phrase I just realized makes everything so incredibly simple. "Appreciate your life into being!" Because we can worry things into existence, we can fear things into existence, but if we incessantly focus on things we appreciate we would get more and more things to appreciate. I got a very simple example of this today when I went over to the window in our Sun room and the simplest thing brought me more delight than I ever thought it would. I was just looking at a leaf dancing in the rain. That seems too simple to be pleasing doesn't it? Like "How could a leaf cause me to feel magical inside?" It is simple, it's not the leaf, it's you. You building a momentum of appreciation by continuously refocusing on things that create appreciation in you. It's how I solved that impossible puzzle, it's how so much magic happens. It doesn't happen by wishing, it doesn't happen by longing painfully (describing it vibrationally as far away). It happens by truly Appreciating the creation. In the case of the puzzle I was appreciating the state of having solved it (before I even solved it). Pure and simple. It brought me delight. I know I listed four steps in the previous post, but this is the essence of all of that. If you really truly want something you can appreciate it in the state you desire it, and focus solely on that. If focusing on it does not feel like "Weee!" or "Aaahh" or like melting into it in a spacious way, shift your focus in some way.
All things creative.
